Recruiting Experienced Assistant Chef

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic team player to come and join us. We are interested in meeting candidates looking for full-time, part-time or flexible/casual roles and aim to be flexible to make it work for the right person.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pre-service food preparation
• Preparing starters and desserts and plating up during service
• Working on the grill during service
• Post service clean up
• Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and maintained
• Support stock management processes
• Support menu development
  
  PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
  
  
• A passion for food, customer service and delivering to a high standard
• Strong team player, supporting other team members to give customers the best experience
• Relevant experience
• Reliable and trustworthy, enthusiastic with attention to detail
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and positive in taking instruction
• Good communication and time keeping
• Level 2 hygiene cert/food, allergy and intolerance training (or willingness to attain)
  
  PAY AND BENEFITS
  
  Base pay is £11 per hour plus share of tips. Currently achieving over £3 an hour in tips means this role will earn £14 an hour plus.
